MEET THE Photographer

Andrew de Polloc

aka "Doc"

Doc is a former US Army Medic turned photographer, writer, and filmmaker. He is an avid traveler and outdoorsman splitting his time between remote wilderness and cities all over the world.

His photos portray unique landscapes and life through his eyes, expressing the emotion and feeling of the moment. His photos have won contests and have hung in galleries internationally.

Through the arts, Doc has found a path to healing for PTSD and is an advocate for the arts as a tool to process trauma.

As an autistic person, Doc also finds art is the best way for him to express himself and to relate his experience of life to those who are curious and want to see a different perspective.

When we say A Story In Every Frame, we mean just that. Each of these photos has a unique story that stems from one of Doc's adventures. From remote deserts, mountains, and shorelines to cities both local and abroad - these stories are captured through the lens to convey the emotion and feel of the moment.

Beyond horizons into the wilderness

The more remote the location, the more likely you'll find Doc taking photos. Doc takes the trails less traveled and spends his time exploring areas we don't commonly see. These are some of the photos from a few of the adventures.

A different perspective on city life

It won't take long for anyone to realize that Doc is not a city person. While he does love the city - especially NYC and Edinburgh - he vastly prefers nature. However, it's undeniable that each city has its own beauty to unveil.

People and how they move through the world

As an autistic person, Doc has a difficult time in social settings. His Street Photography is a way for him to bridge the gap between himself and people as well as portray how he views and understands those he shares space with.
